As a
Senior Site Reliability Engineer
, youâll join a highly technical, hands-on engineering team focused on keeping mission-critical systems reliable, observable, and resilient. This is a true SRE role with real ownershipâworking close to production, influencing system design, and helping scale a Kubernetes-based AWS platform operating in a regulated environment.
What youâll do
Build and evolve observability across metrics, logs, and traces
Design dashboards and alerting that surface clear, actionable signals
Monitor production systems and lead incident response when needed
Troubleshoot across Kubernetes, AWS, and application layers
Drive root cause analysis, blameless post-incident reviews, and durable fixes
Reduce operational toil through automation and reliability improvements
Partner closely with Platform and Application Engineering teams
What youâll bring
Strong hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production
Practical experience with observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing)
Solid AWS and cloud-native architecture knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting skills in distributed systems
Experience responding to and managing production incidents
Comfort working in live, high-availability environments
Nice to have
Experience with VictoriaMetrics or similar observability platforms
Background in fintech or regulated environments
CI/CD and deployment automation exposure
Cloud cost optimisation experience
