About The Job

Sofico is the world’s leading supplier of mission-critical software for asset finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. Our flagship solution, Miles Enterprise, is a mission-critical system for our customers, which helps them manage complex business processes globally.

As Senior Group Product Manager, you manage a group of around six Product Managers in Use Case and Product Domain teams for Miles Enterprise, guiding them to translate customer needs and industry trends into clear product directions.

As much of the product development for Miles Enterprise takes place in the context of customer implementation projects and change requests, your roadmap will be strongly driven by these commitments. You play a central role in balancing customer delivery requirements with long-term product evolution, while ensuring that scope, timelines, and budgets are respected.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of :6 Product Managers to anchor their work in customer value while managing delivery constraints

Shaping the strategy for the product areas in scope in close collaboration with the Miles Enterprise Product Strategy Lead

Ensuring the roadmap reflects both customer project commitments and long-term product goals

Collaborating closely with project teams to integrate product development from implementations and change requests into the global roadmap

Ensuring that product features developed in response to customer projects are designed with reusability in mind

Driving accountability for on-time and on-budget delivery of product capabilities, in close partnership with Engineering and project delivery teams

Acting as the voice of the customer, validating needs and ensuring that project-driven features deliver tangible business outcomes

Establishing clear processes and decision frameworks for balancing customer-driven demands with broader product priorities

Building strong relationships with customers, project leaders, and Sofico’s leadership team to align expectations and manage trade-offs transparently

Your interest and skills

8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years managing Product Managers in enterprise software. Experience in the financial services or leasing industry is a plus

Experience working in product organizations where customer projects and change requests significantly shape the roadmap

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software on time and within budget, without compromising long-term strategy

Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to grow Product Managers into confident, customer-centric leaders

Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritization, trade-off management, and roadmap execution

Deep customer empathy, with the ability to translate customer requests into scalable and maintainable product capabilities

Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing the needs of customers, delivery teams, and executive leadership
