About The Job

As a Product Operations Manager at Sofico, you will be supporting our Product teams to deliver quality software solutions for the financial services industry. You will be the connection between product, engineering and customer teams, ensuring that our product processes run smoothly and are supporting our transformation towards a product-first organization model. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, loves optimizing organizational systems, and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.

Your Responsibilties

Act as a partner to Product Managers, supporting them in planning, execution, and prioritization

Own and optimize product development workflows, tools, and documentation practices to ensure consistency and efficiency

Coordinate alignment between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and implementation teams

Support roadmap planning cycles by consolidating insights, tracking progress, and enabling transparent communication

Support product managers in establishing product-related KPIs and dashboards to inform decision-making and performance tracking

Support product managers in budget accountability, facilitating planning and follow-up

Facilitate product releases and ensure go-to-market readiness through coordination with stakeholders

Identify process bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements to increase speed and collaboration

Your Profile

Extensive experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven environment

Experienced with improving processes, tools, and operational efficiency in product organizations

Strong hands-on experience on the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)

Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences

Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement

English is a must, Dutch is a plus
