We are looking for a (GEN) AI and Machine Learning Engineer to help our clients in their digital transformations.
YOUR ROLE
Use ML and Generative AI tools and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems.
Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and LLM.
Drive successful business outcomes for educating, training, designing and building cloud hosted Generative AI solutions
Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their ML ecosystem
Educate customers on the value proposition of GenAI and showcase the art of possible.
Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
Stay at the forefront of AI technological advancements, especially in Generative AI and LLM, and assess their applicability to our business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI/ML \& data engineers, and functional SMEs, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.
Influence the technical viability of the architecture of AI projects, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration.

YOUR PROFILE
Experience in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize and transform various aspects of our business operations.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and building AI solutions, with a strong focus on end-to-end automation.
Proven expertise in machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, image processing and AI-related technologies including Generative AI.
Experience with one of the cloud platforms, preferably Azure, Python or PySpark.
Experience using the latest Data Science platforms (e.g. Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker ) and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn )
Good understanding of software architecture patterns \& application development.
Familiarity with DevOps,DataOps,MLOps, LLMOps principles including code repository, code management, CI/CD and AI-related automation.
Fluent Dutch with professional working proficiency in English.
