This internship will ideally commence in Dec 2025 and require candidates to commit full-time for 6 months.
About the Job
As a Product Development intern, you will gain insights into the new product development process behind launching innovative beauty products, supporting the product development team in conducting trials based on samples, checking formulation ingredients as well as product formulation processes among other duties.

Responsibilities
Support New Product Development team in development, testing and compliance of new formulas and packaging
Assist with creation and maintenance of an organized physical and online library including all samples received, black \& gold seal samples and master production samples
Maintain internal product order database, which includes relevant product test results, MSDS, Finished Goods Specifications
Maintain product launch timeline and product specifications to relevant internal teams
Monitor the status of product development and follow up accordingly
Research raw materials, and organize samples and MSDS sheets
Assist with product feedback process - sending test products out, developing questionnaires, collecting feedback and analyzing responses to help optimize formulas
Research best practices for sustainability of packaging, recyclability, and alternate programs
Assist with daily administrative duties
Requirements
Positive, approachable and enjoys interacting with different stakeholders
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or related fields
Detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient with G-suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Interest in the beauty industry and product ingredients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to commit for 5 days a week, for 6 months
