We are looking for a
Full-Stack Engineer
who can help our team maintain momentum across both API and front-end work. This is the role for someone who enjoys shipping features, improving reliability, and keeping delivery smooth and predictable. You’ll work across Ruby on Rails, NET/C# services, and lightweight front-end landing page updates, ensuring continuity, clarity, and maintainability as we evolve our product. This role will suit an engineer who cares about code quality but stays pragmatic — focused on outcomes, clean handovers, and enabling the team around them to move quickly without creating long-term complexity.
What You'Ll Do
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services in Ruby on Rails and C#/.NET.
Implement front-end updates to landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and occasional React changes).
Support the team in unblocking delivery, improving reliability, and maintaining a consistent cadence of releases.
Ensure code is well-structured, documented, and easy for others to pick up.
Contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, and general engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements and deliver small iterations frequently.
What success looks like
API and UI changes are delivered reliably and with strong engineering hygiene.
The team experiences continuity, fewer bottlenecks, and predictable delivery.
Code is easy to understand, test, and build on after your work is complete.
Small UI and API integrations move quickly without sacrificing quality.
You help maintain a calm, organised delivery environment - not chaos or tech debt.
Who are you
Strong experience with C# / .NET building APIs and backend services and Ruby on Rails.
Solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with React.
Ability to work across the stack with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
Strong communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team.
Experience writing clean, well-tested, maintainable, well-documented code.
Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end in a remote environment.
Tech stack
Backend: .NET / C# (7+/Framework), Ruby on Rails, REST APIs.
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (light touch, not large migrations).
Tooling/DevOps: GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Datastores: SQL (experience helpful).
