About the Role
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will:
Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources (VMs, storage, networking).
Support the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and services.
Monitor and optimize cloud systems for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Maintain security compliance, perform patching, backups, DR, and failover procedures.
Provide technical support and participate in an on-call rotation.
Support infrastructure projects and upcoming technology initiatives.
Maintain documentation across systems and processes.
Travel up to 25% for onsite support and installations.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience supporting Azure and/or Google Cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud administration, VDI, monitoring, automation, and network management.
Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, and/or AWS.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, ECS, or other container orchestration tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
