What You’ll Do:
Lead technical initiatives or independently manage small projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.
Develop software solutions, architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and automated test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, product design sessions, and continuous process improvement.
Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience with Java, Spring, cloud development, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with distributed databases, messaging systems (SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka), and CI/CD practices.
Strong Agile experience, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
