What you’ll do:

Embed with customers during onboarding and expansion to understand product needs, design and code solutions for a successful implementation

Translate customer needs into shipped software

Prototype quickly, and then build/improve into production-quality code

Work closely with Product/Engineering to generalize learnings into scalable features

Not a requirement, but you’re especially suited if you have a background in both politics and coding.

Who you are:

A targeted and ambitious Software Engineer with a few years of experience

You have strong software engineering or political background with a track record of learning quickly

You’re ambitious and feel best at home in fast-paced \& intense environments

You’re self-driven and take ownership of the processes and relations you build

You’re highly structured and analytical, but pragmatic - focused on impact

You’re humble, collaborative, and focused on what’s best for the customers
