About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote capacity. Whether you are early in your career or bring several years of experience, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights using Power BI and other analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, calculations, and ETL processes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data refresh, modeling, visualization, and performance
Support ongoing enhancements and documentation of analytics solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data adoption within the organization
Required Skills \& Qualifications
0–12 years of experience working with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and ETL pipelines
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse)
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
Experience with enterprise BI environments and data governance
Background in finance, retail, healthcare, or similar data-driven domains
Must have eligibility to work in the UK—no visa sponsorship available
