About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst to join our team in a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in quality assurance methodologies, automation, test planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile, and backend applications
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated)
Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
Implement and enhance automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and maintainability
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps teams
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, providing clear and detailed reporting
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and documentation
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team capability building
Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and quality reviews
Ensure test environments, data, and tools are effectively managed and optimized
Required Skills \& Qualifications
7–15 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Proficiency in writing automation scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Experience testing REST APIs with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or similar
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, K6)
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Experience in testing data pipelines or BI systems
ISTQB certification or other relevant QA/Testing credentials
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
