Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Product Manager at SpeechAce. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our fastest growing product line, as well as identifying and implementing new features and enhancements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize roadmap features, and drive the product development process. The Senior Product Manager will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to ensure our product meets the needs of language learners.
Compensation
Up to 25 LPA.
Qualifications
BTech../BEng in Computer Science from top tier institution. Prefer IITs, NITs, BITS and equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in Product Management desired but not necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in product management, preferably in the technology or EdTech industry
Strong technical skills and ability to earn developer trust is a must.
Experience in UX design, wireframing and working with designers and illustrators.
Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements via product requirement docs and functional specs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially written English skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment
MBA will be very desirable but not a pre-requisite.
