Job Description

DevOps Engineers with knowledge around Azure and PaaS are wanted to become a big part of the systems team within a well known FinTech company.

**Experience contributing to technical design or architectural discussions in cloud-based solutions is essential**

You’ll be involved in a new suite of Quantum Computing products, playing a key role in enabling reliable continuous delivery, improving operational maturity, and supporting teams through well-designed automation, infrastructure, and tooling.

You will join a collaborative DevOps function, working alongside the DevOps Lead, engineers, and the wider technology community to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Technical Summary:

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms.

Strong background in automation, scripting, APIs, and software development practices.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation.

Experience contributing to technical design or architectural discussions in cloud-based solutions.

Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, effective DevOps implementations.

The successful Azure DevOps Engineer will earn up to £65,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: 15% bonus, pension, training budget and numerous soft leisurely benefits.
