Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working across multiple technologies and databases, and capable of guiding teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Exposure to AI technologies is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design end-to-end solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Work hands-on with frontend and backend technologies to prototype and deliver production-quality applications.
Evaluate, select, and implement robust technology stacks to support scalable and maintainable applications.
Design and manage data models using multiple types of databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, product managers, and stakeholders.
Guide development teams with best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure technical excellence.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and make recommendations aligned with business goals.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to and sometimes lead AI/ML integrations, proof-of-concepts, or pilots (as applicable).
Qualifications
Proven experience in architecting and building web and mobile applications at scale.
Expertise across a wide range of technologies such as:
Frontend: React, Backend: Node.js, Python
Mobile: Native (iOS/Android) and hybrid (Flutter, React Native) apps.
Experience working with multiple database systems:
Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.
Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and performance optimization experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
