Job Title: Wear Parts Product Line Manager Job Brief

The Wear Parts Product Line Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our dealer and OEM network, and increasing Spokane Industries’ market share in high chrome wear parts for the aggregate industry. You will be the face of our business to dealers and end-users, building strong relationships, supporting their growth strategies, and ensuring Spokane Industries is the first choice for aggregate wear solutions.

Your success will be measured by revenue growth and dealer performance. You will collaborate with the sales team, travel with dealers to key accounts, and create marketing initiatives that accelerate sales opportunities. You will also provide market intelligence to guide product development, stocking strategies, and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities* Grow revenue and margin across assigned product lines by developing dealer and OEM partnerships.

Expand Spokane Industries’ share of customer business by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

Travel with dealers and sales representatives to conduct joint sales calls, build relationships, and close business.

Develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns that drive demand and increase dealer effectiveness.

Assess competitive activity and market dynamics; position Spokane products to win against competition.

Provide sales leadership with ongoing reports on dealer performance, product line growth, and revenue trends.

Work with operations and finance to ensure product availability, pricing, and profitability align with growth goals.

Influence new product development by capturing customer needs, competitive insights, and market opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills \& Experience* 5+ years of experience in aggregate equipment, wear parts, or related sales.

Proven sales record with dealers, OEMs, or end-users in the aggregate industry.

Strong technical knowledge of crushers and wear parts, with the ability to present value-based solutions.

Ability to build sales strategies with dealers and guide them to execute effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.

Expectations \& Work Environment* Sales-focused and results-driven; thrives in achieving revenue and growth targets.

Must be able to balance frequent travel (20–50%) with internal collaboration and planning.

Office-based with regular field visits to customers, dealers, and OEMs.

Works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
