Job Description
What You'Ll Do As a Senior Product Manager at Sprinklr, youâll own the end-to-end lifecycle of a product module within our suite. You will:* Take complete ownership of a module â from gathering requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, driving execution, to launching and supporting the product.
Work closely with senior product leaders to define and drive the roadmap for Sprinklrâs Marketing Suite, helping CMOs and marketing leaders solve complex digital and social marketing challenges.
Partner with other Product Managers to shape cross-platform product strategies, giving you exposure to Sprinklrâs comprehensive Unified-CXM ecosystem.
Engage directly with global brands to understand their business needs and consult on configuring Sprinklrâs platform to deliver maximum value.
Analyze product usage data to identify pain points and continuously improve user experience.
Drive product adoption by establishing best practices and working cross-functionally to implement them.
What Makes You Qualified?* 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or Mar Tech.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Experience collaborating across design, engineering, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
A bias for action, ownership mindset, and passion for building world-class enterprise products.
