A fast-growing (Scale-up) European fintech is delivering a modular, API-first SaaS platform that enables banks to digitize their workflows.

With offices in Antwerp and Vienna, the company’s platform integrates with core banking systems, CRMs, and third-party data providers. Built for scalability, their event-driven, microservice-based architecture supports continuous deployment and rapid iteration. The company is scaling rapidly — backed by Series A funding and currently ran A+ round to further drive expansion into new markets and enhance its digital lending infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the onboarding and integration team. This is a customer/client facing engineering role — ideal for a backend or fullstack developer who enjoys customer contact, work with modern tech/tooling, solve complex problems and engineer creative solutions for optimal product integration/implementation. This is high impact and a your team is awesome.

What You’ll Tackle

Collaborate with onboarding leads to build custom solutions

Deliver tailored customer solutions that can scale

Both small- and large integration/implementation projects across a wide range of International clients

Take ownership of development tasks with evolving or limited requirements

Work with complex business logic and third-party integrations via modern APIs

Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to refine technical solutions

What You Bring

Solid backend- or fullstack experience

Strong Python web skills — ideally Django (Flask could be fine)

Experience with REST APIs

Some frontend experience is a plus (Angular used, but other frameworks welcome)

Able to work independently

Great communicator with a collaborative mindset

Location \& Flexibility

Based near Antwerp or Vienna

Hybrid: ideally once per week in the office
