Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven
Technical Product Manager (TPM)
to lead the development of our internal platforms, backend infrastructure, and technical tools. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of
product, engineering, and business
, and is ideal for someone who can drive complex product initiatives from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic \& Product Ownership
Define and own the product roadmap for backend systems, APIs, and internal tools
Prioritize features based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user feedback
Align product vision with Squadra’s strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations
Technical Collaboration
Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable and secure solutions
Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning
Own the technical product backlog and ensure clarity of feature requirements
Cross-functional Communication
Communicate product plans and updates across engineering, business, and leadership teams
Work closely with QA, DevOps, UX, and customer success for seamless product releases
Serve as a bridge between technical implementation and business goals
Data \& Metrics
Define success metrics (e.g., API response time, platform stability, feature adoption)
Leverage analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve product decisions
Monitor system performance and collaborate on optimizations
Documentation \& Support
Create and maintain detailed product specs and technical documentation
Assist go-to-market and client-facing teams with demos, presentations, and product insights
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technical or platform role
Background in Computer Science or experience in software engineering (preferred)
Deep understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
