Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs for Aftersales and technical services
Oversee daily after-sales activities including products \& service quality, parts, consumables, warranty and subscription fees
ensure customer satisfaction after purchase \& services, conduct follow-ups, handling inquiries, complaints, warranty claims, technical support and service delivery
build loyalty and drive repeat business \& enhance customer retention.
Develop strategies for customer retention, improve product and service processes, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and other operation departments to ensure a high customer satisfaction and achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
5+ years of after sales experience in a multinational environment, preferably in electronics or robotics industries.
Strong knowledge in product and service sales and warranty.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer loyalty.
Frequent overseas travel is required
Sound communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
Good command in spoken \& written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
