Analytics Engineer

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who enjoys making information clear, reliable, and easy for people to use. If you like working with a tight, capable team and solving real problems with data, you’ll fit right in.

We’ve built solid foundations in Snowflake and DBT Cloud and we’re ready for someone who can help us take the next step. You’ll work closely with teams across Squirrel, understand what they need, and turn that into clean models, useful insights, and dashboards that actually get used.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and maintaining our data architecture and security

Building and improving our dimensional models and pipelines in DBT Cloud

Developing dashboards and reports in Power BI or Excel

Supporting Snowflake Intelligence work, including agents and semantic models

Working with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions

What you’ll bring

Strong SQL skills

Experience building OLAP dimensional models

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT Cloud, ETL/ELT and CI/CD

A methodical, detail-focused approach

Ability to work well with people and explain things simply

Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment

It’s a bonus if you have
