What You’ll Be Doing
As a Java Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building modern, cloud-native applications used at scale. You will:
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services
Build and deploy containerised applications using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
Apply
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
and
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
principles
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Quality Engineers
Integrate with internal systems and third-party APIs
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape engineering strategy
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of L\&D
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for curious, adaptable engineers who enjoy building high-quality software with experience in:
Backend Development
Hands-on experience with
Java
and building scalable RESTful APIs
Experience with
Spring Boot
; exposure to Node.js is a plus
DevOps \& Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools such as
GitHub Actions

Jenkins
, or
Harness
Proficiency with
Docker
and
Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms —
GCP
preferred, but
AWS
or
Azure

Quality, Testing \& Automation
Experience with automated testing tools such as
Jest

Commitment to writing maintainable, well-tested, production-ready code
