Inspire Product Owner
Location and Work Arrangement:
Adelaide (Hybrid – 3 days onsite CBD)

Inspire – Learning with Diversity is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategic direction, commercial success and day-to-day delivery of our inclusive education platform used by schools and education systems across Australia.
This is a hands-on, senior role operating across product strategy, client relationships, sales enablement and delivery coordination. It will suit someone who is comfortable working across multiple domains - not just product in isolation - and who can engage confidently with education stakeholders.
About the role
The Inspire Product Owner will:
Act as the primary champion and owner of Inspire
Lead client relationships across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through to ongoing support
Shape and maintain the Inspire product roadmap, balancing client needs, regulatory requirements and commercial outcomes
Work closely with sales, marketing, delivery and development teams
Represent Inspire with schools, systems and sector bodies, including at conferences and events.
Key responsibilities
Leading client engagement, demos, onboarding and ongoing support
Supporting business development, proposals and tenders
Managing product strategy, backlog prioritisation and release readiness
Overseeing service levels, operational performance and risk management
Contributing to financial forecasting, licensing and renewals
Coordinating governance forums and ways of working
What this role requires
This role is best suited to someone who:
Has experience working across product, client delivery and commercial outcomes
Can engage credibly with schools, educators and education system leaders
Brings strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Is structured, organised and commercially aware
Can work effectively with technical teams without needing to be a developer
Experience working in schools, education systems or education sector organisations will be highly regarded.
Experience
5+ years working experience as application product delivery manager in a similar environment.
Experience working in a similar product environment, particularly experience with the education industry
Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a position, applicants will need to have valid work rights for Australia and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including police and Working With Children checks. Applicants must also hold a current Australian Driver Licence and have the ability to travel interstate and intrastate as required.
