We are looking for another talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team. You will lead the development and implementation of product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer outcomes and business results.
Responsibilities
Contribute to setting a clear product roadmap aligned with the product vision, strategy, and goals.
Create and maintain an actionable product backlog by researching, organizing, and detailing features and user stories in collaboration with Engineering and others.
Plan and conduct effective customer discovery sessions and research activities.
Review and analyze product feedback and usage data.
Facilitate creative ideation and iteration of solutions with Engineering and other team members.
Support the successful delivery of features within an Agile delivery framework, including coordinating product releases and managing early adopter programs.
Measure product performance and effectiveness, using data to inform decision-making.
Communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Maintain a productive working relationship with peers and stakeholders in other departments including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Success.
Stay informed of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities to innovate and distinguish the product offering.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Skills \& Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology environment; B2B product management or eCommerce experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
Customer focus and empathy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with Agile development processes and practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban
