Some of what you will do:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and continuous optimization of customer-facing digital experiences on Staples.ca. You will work cross-functionally with business, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics partners to improve site performance, customer experience, and online sales.

This role plays a critical part in shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products online. The successful candidate will define product strategy and roadmaps, translate customer and business needs into prioritized initiatives, and lead delivery of experiences that drive measurable business impact.

The role requires strong collaboration, customer-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making to continuously evolve Staples.ca in support of growth, conversion, and long-term platform health.

Specifically, You Will

Own product strategy and roadmaps for key areas of Staples.ca, aligning initiatives to business goals, customer needs, and performance metrics

Lead discovery and delivery of digital initiatives that improve site performance, conversion, and customer experience

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, and Merchandising to prioritize and execute product enhancements

Translate customer insights and data into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization decisions

Leverage data and experimentation to assess performance, identify opportunities, and manage trade-offs

Manage end-to-end product delivery to ensure timely execution and alignment to intended outcomes

Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders

Continuously optimize customer journeys to improve usability, speed, and engagement

Apply digital commerce trends and best practices to evolve Staples.ca and remain competitive

Some Of What You Need

BS/BA degree or equivalent (MBA an asset)

Agile certification an asset

3 + years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Data Manager, ideally supporting a PIM system or product catalog in a B2B/B2C eCommerce environment.

3 + years’ hands-on technical experience with PIM or related data platform

Experience with both Agile and Scrum

Familiarity with eCommerce workflows and customer journey optimization.

Strong understanding of digital product management principles, customer experience design, and eCommerce platforms

Physical Demands/working Conditions

Office environment

Travel required, 10% within Canada and USA
