The Role
This isn't a box-ticking product role. They need someone who can own the product vision and execution from end to end. You'll work directly with their engineering team to build features that matter, make technical trade-offs with confidence, and drive the product roadmap without needing permission at every turn.
What You'll Do
Own the product strategy and roadmap, this is your product to build
Work embedded with software engineers, speaking their language and understanding technical constraints
Make fast decisions on prioritization, scope, and technical direction
Talk to customers, identify problems worth solving, and ship solutions quickly
Shape the product culture as they scale
What They're Looking For
Background as a software developer, you've written code and understand how software is built
Someone who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need their hand held
Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
