What will you build?
We are an early-stage AI startup with the vision to make every second count for backoffice teams.
Today, customer service teams spend less than 20% of their time on meaningful value-driven interactions — most of their effort is lost to repetitive tasks, data checks, and manual workflows.
We build voice AI agents that assist back-office teams — optimizing agent workflows, and helping organizations generate up to x4 more revenue from backoffice teams while reducing operational costs by 50%.
We’re creating a world where every second counts — and where human agents focus only on the most valuable interactions.
What will you do?
Your goal is to integrate AI into backend conversations and processes with the minimum amount of friction, and hands-on support required. Specifically, you will:
Develop and scale backend systems that orchestrate AI agents, APIs, and real-time workflows.
Design and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
Build and maintain scalable FastAPI-based services, ensuring high reliability and low latency.
Manage and monitor cloud environments (GCP preferred), including server setup, maintenance, and observability.
Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor future engineers as the team grows.
What we’re looking for?
2+ years of experience in full-stack / back-end software / AI engineering.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Grit, strong work ethic, flexibility (think beyond your role), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
