Description: As the Program Manager for digital platforms within the ICT SMKG organization the objective is to manage Selling OnLine (SOL) solutions for all brands in Enlarged Europ. You will be responsible for the roadmap and delivery of the features needed to fulfil customer needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from design, marketing, and business to ensure successful product development and launch. You will refine priorities and lead execution to achieve the desired outcomes. Key responsibilities: Effective communication with business stakeholders, responsiveness and proactivity in escalation management · Leadership of external teams, effective communication of priorities and monitoring of the results delivered · Strong experience in e-commerce solutions (Adobe Commerce/AEM) and digital properties in general, using WEB technologies, project management and ticketing systems solutions (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) · Aligning priorities with Business · Coordinating Product Owners activities · Managing comprehensive planning · Coordinating planning and actions of ICT and business stakeholders involved in the management of the solution, with a focus on end-to-end processes impacted by the solution · Managing resources of suppliers (System integrators, PMs and POs) with available budget as well as providing forecast of costs for all activities planned · Managing Purchase Requests lifecycle ensuring all suppliers get orders and invoicing on time to start and complete activities agreed with business, interacting with ICT PMOs and Purchasing department · Properly follow Stellantis processes for applications management including Security and Compliance · Manage a development team, encouraging team spirit and ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet the team’s mission.
