YOUR ROLE
Collaborate With HR Analytics Team To Create An HR Reporting And Projection Tool In Order To Support Better HR Events Analysis, Decision Making And Forecasting, Through
Design data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements;
Implement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources;
Implement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it;
Develop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights;
Develop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests;
Perform data analysis on specific topics;
Implement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans;
Collect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide;
Fix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues.
Your Skills \& Experience
Statistics \& Advanced data analysis
Dashboarding and data visualization
Stakeholder management
PowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool
Programming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL)
