YOUR ROLE

ST MEMS Sub-Group is looking for a Product Engineer to be integrated in Front-End Engineering and Operation Team.

The candidate will be part of the team in charge of wafer level testing development of micromachined element for MEMS sensors and actuators. The team is located in Agrate Brianza.

Main job responsibilities and requirements:

Device know-how: device architecture, specifications, I/O interfaces and key aspects for calibration.

Testing HW Design: design in cooperation with Test System supplier, custom HW for product verification and calibration (Physical Stimulus included).

Testing HW \& SW validation: debug and verification to guarantee a high level of accuracy and repeatability.

Device Test development: implementation / debug / problem analysis and solving / stability and robustness verification.

Transfer to production plants: after validation phase the solution needs to be introduced in production manufacturing plants requiring to match all manufacturing constraints and standard requirements and procedures.

Data analysis: participate to the new product introduction by analyzing data, ensuring statistical results are aligned to expectations, minimizing any overkill, optimizing yield and test efficiency.

Interface with:

Design (for test implementation, design for testability)

MEMS FT Calibration Engineer (Calibration flow definition)

Quality/Reliability (for product qualification)

Operations (for test strategy definition, transfer to production)

YOUR SKILLS \& EXPERIENCES

Master degree in Automation\Mechatronics Engineering, Physical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or equivalent.

Strong analytical skills.

Well-versed in programming and programming languages (C/C++ as a must, Python, Matlab are a plus).

The candidate should be familiar with tests concept, Test system capability, Measurement system analysis, Statistical lot management.

Expertise on MEMS process, MEMS calibration and deep knowledge on SPEA testers (DOT) are a plus.
