Requirements
Must-haves
7+ years of product management experience
Professional experience owning B2B products
Startup experience
Experience delivering user-friendly, high-impact product experiences
Ability to analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and make data-informed decisions
Ability to prioritize tasks and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
Proven track record of shipping employer-facing features used by hiring managers or recruiters
Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, etc)
Experience as a recruiter or hiring manager
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.
Define and own the roadmap for employer-facing products (B2B)
Gather customer insights through interviews, analytics, and feedback
Translate employer workflows into product requirements and prioritized features
Write clear PRDs, customer stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with design and engineering to ship features on time and to spec
Define and run experiments, analyze results, and iterate
Coordinate launches with other teams
Communicate status and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
