We are seeking a talented and passionate
Product Manager with a strong technical background
to play a pivotal role in building world-class software. You will work closely with the co-founders and both the engineering and GTM teams. What You'll Do
Drive Product Strategy: Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features, ensuring they align seamlessly with our company's overall goals
Optimize User Experience \& Value: Design and iterate on user journeys, making critical decisions that balance maximum user impact with practical engineering costs to deliver intuitive and powerful solutions
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our R\&D and GTM teams to translate complex customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Champion User Insights: Partner with our Customer Success team and engage directly with users to deeply understand their pain points and gather essential product feedback
Define and Deliver Success: Establish key success metrics and consistently deliver measurable results for your product areas
What You Have
5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in B2B products
Strong technical foundation with 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, production deployment, and monitoring
Strong communication skills to work with different roles, understand the business requirements, and user pain points
Critical Thinking: Adept at identifying underlying problems and opportunities, even if the current status seems to be working
Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in leveraging data to validate hypotheses, measure success, and inform product direction
Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, sales, or cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a huge plus
