Job Description:
The Manager II will help the team head lead and take charge of these strategic initiatives, ensuring the achievement of the desired outcomes. The role entails the development and deployment of professional and relevant product communication materials, roadshow training and product communications curriculum for agency and brokers which includes a customized class-in-charge program, comprehensive selling-skill and product knowledge, and the cultivation of a distinctive Sun Lifers brand.
This role will lead the Product Communications Team to prepare the product / service promotion materials, such as product flyers, product videos, SunEdge and product briefings/training material with market intelligence and sales tips.
Provide the Agency \& Broker roadshow briefings and workshop promote the product materials, product briefings, support client seminar / expo during holiday: Client Seminars / Expo’s registration, enrolment and logistic arrangement
Help to post New Product Information with promotional messages on social medias, such as SunLifers , IG etc, in order to enhance Agency’s new product awareness and help them create the product promotional message to Agency channels.
Responsible for the Agency regular client seminar and Broker Seminar ( Health, Wealth, ILAS seminars etc) contents and poster Artwork and layout design and responsible for assisting the logistic arrangement, agency, broker and client enrollments and registration, including due with legal and compliance for the poster and seminar’s content’s approval.
Conduct the new product launch initiatives and agency/broker district visit training.
Assists the department head in developing the agency and broker product briefings \& development strategy consistent with the company directions.
Equip the new \& BG \& existing agents with strong products knowledge and able to achieve the production requirement.
Develops \& implements the communication plan, engagement initiatives \& sales-promotion programs to activate \& empower the new and BG agents to become MDRT members.
Implements the class-in-charge program to uplift the new and BG agents’ sales professionalism and improve the new agent’s activity ratio.
Manages and organizes a theme-based sales-clinic and lead management programs.
Conducts product-briefings needs analysis of new \& BG \& existing agents to identify areas where training is needed and develop training programs to address those needs.
Evaluates product-briefings programs, collecting feedback from participants and agency leaders, tracking the performance of the attendees, and making recommendations for improvement.
Ensures that product communication materials programs are delivered to a high standard.
Education and experience
Bachelor Degree or above in Business Studies/ Marketing/Communications
With at least 10 years training or sales materials experience in insurance industry
With minimum 3 years’ work experience in team management
Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, LOMA, CFP, FChFp, IIQE, etc
Familiar with Agency Culture
Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words)
Good communication skill and being able to cooperate with others Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good Team player
Good analytical mind and problem-solving skill
