Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Spearhead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive brand plans for biologics and specialty medicines within the dermatology sector.
Market Strategy:
Define and refine brand positioning and go-to-market strategies in key markets, utilizing deep customer insights, robust market data, and thorough competitor analysis to drive actionable strategies.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the development, execution, and reinforcement of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with annual communication objectives and overarching business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead engagement initiatives with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to inform portfolio evolution and enhance the adoption of Sun Pharma products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong collaboration across sales, medical teams, and external agencies to deliver effective educational and engagement programs.
Forecasting \& Planning:
Provide precise forecasting and strategic planning to support informed decision-making and optimal resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring:
Estimate and monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs), manage brand budget and P\&L, and track ROI metrics for all marketing activities to achieve or exceed brand objectives.
Innovation:
Drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance brand competitiveness.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Experience and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on biologics and/or specialty medicines in the dermatology sector preferred.
Skills:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
An aptitude for innovative thinking and swift execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Travel Requirements
Available for occasional travel
Willingness to work weekends when required for industry events
