Job title: Website \& E-Commerce Administrator
Main purpose of job: The Website \& E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and improvement of Sundrelle’s B2B website. The role ensures accurate product and content information, a strong user experience for trade customers, and well-coordinated updates. Working with internal teams and external developers, the role supports the website’s operational and commercial performance while contributing to its overall look, feel, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Upload and update product listings, images, specifications, and pricing
Monitor stock levels, including out-of-stock and pre-order items
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelines
Maintain and refresh site visuals and promotional materials
Fix broken links, outdated content, or other inconsistencies
Content Management and Maintenance
Upload and update product listings, images, specifications, and pricing
Monitor stock levels, including out-of-stock and pre-order items
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelines
Fix broken links, outdated content, or other inconsistencies
Analytics and Performance Monitoring
Download and review sales reports by customer and SKU
Monitor website performance and traffic
Track key metrics such as order volumes and overall site performance
Customer Support and Troubleshooting
Respond to internal queries on website use
Investigate and resolve user issues, escalating technical problems when needed
Support trade customers as a first point of contact
E-Commerce Process Management
Monitor website orders and ensure smooth flow into backend systems
Coordinate with sales/admin teams to align online and offline activity
Support online promotions and product launches
Compliance and Security
Ensure customer data protection in line with GDPR
Training and Documentation
Maintain internal guides and manuals for website use
Support team members in using the B2B platform effectively
Project Management
Track timelines, action items, and deliverables for website improvements
Required Skills and Experience
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general computer literacy-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy-Fluent English speaker with effective written and verbal communication skills-Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently-Logical, practical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
