Web Development Account Manager

About the Role
Supreme Optimization is a fast-growing, life sciences digital agency focused on getting meaningful and lasting results for our clients. As we continue to reach new businesses and explore more advanced offerings, we need a senior Web Development Account Manager with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise level ecommerce and lead gen website builds from discovery through launch. Highly organized, driven, and proactive individuals will succeed in this role and have ample opportunity for growth. Each project comes with its own unique challenges and requires someone with deep problem solving skills to adapt our process to each client and help to grow our offerings over time.
What You’ll Do
Lead our largest website development projects to success from discovery through launch
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Interface with and manage our delivery teams (strategy, content, design, development, quality assurance)
Address client issues and clear roadblocks to ensure projects continue moving forward
Manage goals, requirements, and scope
Gather project requirements from clients and translate them into clear deliverables for internal teams
Manage projects, priorities, and timelines while keeping scope and budgets on track
Identify upsell opportunities and work with Sales to increase project revenue

Experience
5+ years of experience working with enterprise level clients
5+ years of experience working at web development / digital marketing agencies
Expertise in ecommerce best practices and functionality (search, shipping, tax, payment gateway, integrations such as PIM and ERP)
Experience in gathering technical requirements and managing large groups of stakeholders from cross functional teams
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and multi-channel digital strategy
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Strong organizational and soft skills. Easy to get along with, proactive, positive
Available at least half the time during client hours (9 to 5 EST) for meetings. We are flexible with schedule but it is important that working hours accommodate client meeting needs, which typically take place in the morning US time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
