Swissha is a leading Italian manufacturer of premium home appliances, renowned globally for our design, innovation, and superior quality in the cooking category. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product \& Marketing Manager to own the entire lifecycle of our flagship gas cooker and range product lines.
This senior role requires deep product strategy expertise, strong marketing execution skills, and the ability to drive global sales growth in key markets, including the Middle East and North America.
Key Responsibilities
I. Product Strategy \& Management (The "What" and "Why")
Roadmap Ownership: Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and 3-year roadmap for gas cookers, ranges, and related cooking appliances, aligning development with market demand and company goals.
Concept-to-Launch: Serve as the key interface between R\&D/Engineering and the market. Define product specifications, features, and user requirements based on competitive analysis and consumer insights.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization, performance monitoring, and end-of-life planning.
Pricing \& Profitability: Define the commercial strategy, including global pricing structure, cost targets, and profitability metrics (P\&L) for the cooking portfolio.
II. Global Marketing \& Go-to-Market (The "How" and "Where")
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead the launch process for all new products, ensuring alignment across Sales, Communications, and Operations.
Positioning \& Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, core messaging, and value propositions to articulate the unique benefits of Italian design and performance.
Sales Enablement: Create and deliver high-impact sales tools, training materials, technical sheets, and presentations for global sales teams and international distributors.
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking (e.g., Bertazzoni, ILVE, Smeg) and identify market trends to inform product and commercial decisions in the MEA and NA regions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing within the Home Appliances (Elettrodomestici) sector. A mandatory and verifiable focus on Cooking Products (Ranges, Cookers, Ovens) is essential.
Hybrid Skillset: Proven ability to balance strategic product definition (R\&D focus) with market execution (Sales/Marketing focus).
Global Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing product or marketing activities in complex international markets, with specific exposure to the Middle East and North America preferred.
Language: Fluent Italian (written and verbal) and full professional proficiency in English are mandatory.
Legal \& Travel:
Must be legally authorized to work in Italy (Italian citizenship, EU citizenship, or valid work permit).
Ability to travel frequently (up to 40-50%) to key international markets, including the Middle East and North America, for research, product launches, and sales support.

You are adept at building consensus across R\&D, Sales, and Finance to ensure both technical excellence and commercial success.
