Swissha is a globally recognized Italian manufacturer of premium home appliances, celebrated for our sophisticated design and superior performance in the cooking category. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Manager to aggressively grow our market share for our gas cooker and range product lines across key international regions, with a strong focus on the Middle East and North America.
This is a senior, target-driven commercial role requiring a minimum of 10 years of appliance industry experience and extensive, mandatory international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the annual and long-term international sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and gross margin targets for the cooking appliances portfolio (ranges, cookers, hobs, and ovens).
Market Penetration \& Growth: Lead initiatives to identify, secure, and penetrate new distribution channels, key accounts (e.g., major retailers, luxury kitchen studios), and high-value project sales in the Middle East and North America.
Distributor \& Key Account Management: Manage and optimize the performance of existing distributor network partners. Set clear sales targets, negotiate contracts, and provide regular performance reviews and motivational support.
Forecasting \& Reporting: Oversee accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting for the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with production and inventory planning.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales tools, product training, and competitive intelligence are effectively utilized by international partners.
Trade Shows \& Events: Represent the company at major international trade shows (e.g., KBIS, EuroCucina) and distributor events to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience in the Home Appliances (Elettrodomestici) sector. A mandatory and verifiable focus on Cooking Products (Ranges, Cookers, Ovens, Hobs/Piani Cottura) is essential.
Commercial Expertise: Proven track record of consistently exceeding international sales targets, successfully negotiating high-value distribution agreements, and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Global Acumen: Demonstrated hands-on experience driving sales and managing channels in the Middle East and/or North American markets is mandatory.
Language: Fluent Italian (written and verbal) and full professional proficiency in English are mandatory.
Legal \& Travel:
Must be legally authorized to work in Italy (Italian citizenship, EU citizenship, or valid work permit).
Ability to travel frequently (up to 40-50%) to key international markets, including the Middle East and North America.
