Main responsibilities will include:

Sales Management: Lead sales efforts in designated regions, developing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth across all channels

Project Management: Lead and develop projects eg; for personalized watches from technical development to e-commerce integration, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.

Digital Marketing: apply the paid social media campaign strategy for selected region. Considering different objectives and ensure performance

Marketplaces Management: Manage sales operations across selected marketplaces, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.

Training: Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams in Retail Stores and Wholesale clients, emphasizing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights.

Profile

Profile:

Commercial qualifications (university degree preferred) with first experience in a sales department)

Experience in Project Management

Experience in performance marketing

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple projects involving coordination of internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of Meta ads manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics

Professional requirements
