đ€ Who we are:
Swat.io is a
Software-as-a-Service product
that supports marketers in
Social Media Publishing and Community Management
. We are proud to be an
independent
,
self-financed
,
product-led company
,
focused on building a product that users actually love. We follow a self-service-first approach and intentionally avoid aggressive sales tactics, putting user experience and value at the center of everything we do.
Weâre a small, dynamic, and at the same time stable company with
more than 15 years of bootstrapped success.
Things move fast here, and good ideas donât get stuck in meetings. They get heard and turned into action. Around
50 people
from different backgrounds work together in a lean, agile way, with a lot of trust and personal responsibility.
Weâre an ambitious team with big goals and a strong focus on
sustainable growth
. We aim to become one of the top 1% of SaaS companies with
over âŹ10 million in ARR
. Guided by our values:
We add value, We drive progress, We own it, We thrive together
, we put
quality over quantity
. We believe that
revenue follows quality, not the other way around.
đŠ Who you are:
Youâll join our
Product Team
and will be working side-by-side with experienced
UX/UI designers
and another
Senior Product Manager
. You have a strong
user-first mindset
and are always
**asking
why
before jumping into
what**
.
You are also comfortable reading API docs, reasoning about data schemas, and debating technical tradeâoffs with our Engineering Team. Youâre quick to
adapt and adjust
,
confident in making decisions
without all the answers, and
driven by impact
rather than process for the sake of it.
Youâll play a key role in ensuring our product continues to excel by
understanding user needs
, bringing a
strong understanding of how to shape meaningful AI functionality
, and
collaborating with our developers
to build valuable features.
You care deeply about
user experience, challenge assumptions
when needed, and know how to
move things forward
without getting stuck in the details. Your
technical mindset
and
strong opinions
help you hold your ground while staying open to better ways of doing things.
đ Who you are not:
This isnât a role for someone early in their product career or looking to move into leadership soon. If you prefer clear roadmaps handed to you or donât enjoy working things out yourself with a team, this might not be a good fit. Same if you avoid decisions or struggle when things change quickly. Weâre not looking for someone who just keeps the backlog tidy or takes orders. We need someone thoughtful, proactive, and ready to take real responsibility for what we ship and why.
đĄPurpose of the role:
Youâll bring
direction
,
structure
, and
focus
. Your job is to turn ideas into real things, fully
leading cross-functional projects
from start to finish and making sure nothing gets stuck in endless discussions. Youâll also translate requirements of
modern AI user flows
into actionable work that uses technology to create real value for our end users. Youâll keep everyone
aligned and moving forward
, ensuring we
build what truly matters
. Our Head of Product combines a strong engineering background with strategic product thinking, driving our product vision. He relies on strong PO/PMs like you to drive and execute the product vision.
That will also include:
Supporting the team in
planning and prioritizing
work that aligns with strategy and reality.
Clarifying API needs and applying it to modern concepts like MCP servers.
Translating complex requirements into
clear specs
that make sense to everyone.
Balancing
long-term
roadmap goals
with short-term
opportunities, reacting to unexpected changes (like API changes or emerging Social Media platforms)
Working across a
broad product scope
, from publisher to inbox and beyond, while dealing with platform limitations and finding the right trade-offs
Pairing with designers
early on to explore problems and define solid solutions
Collaborating
closely with skilled and opinionated developers
who value thoughtful input, to enable the development of value-adding features.
Making sure
Sales and Marketing have what they need to talk to customers
and win them over. You can provide technically accurate messaging about limitations, supported integrations, and known edge cases.
We expect you to:
Actively shape how we work
by bringing in ideas to improve collaboration, prioritization, and focus right from the beginning
Take
full ownership of major product initiatives
, lead them from discovery to delivery, and ship meaningful projects within your first few months
Make data-informed decisions
: monitoring feature adoption and trends, challenging assumptions, deriving improvement potentials, and always asking "why" before we build. Make dataâ and architectureâinformed decisions, validating assumptions with logs, metrics, and experiment results.
