We are now expanding our presence in Mumbai and seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen SmarDen’s position in the smart automation ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in technology or automation sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation \& Management: Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities across sectors including real estate, IT, and automation.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets; monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Business Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, architects, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and account plans for assigned regions and verticals.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and OEMs to expand market reach.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines using CRM tools; ensure timely forecasting and reporting.
Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine pitches, presentations, and value propositions based on customer feedback.
Qualifications \& Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tech, IT, IoT, automation, real estate, or software sales.
Proven experience in leading a sales team, driving revenue targets, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Strong understanding of smart automation technologies, building management systems, or IoT products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
