Evaluate and oversee change requests from business teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc analyses to produce timely and meaningful reports.
Design, validate, and maintain analytical models that enhance Compliance processes and support effective control execution.
About The Customer
On behalf of our client in the banking sector, we are seeking a Data Scientist/Analyst to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a particular focus on regulatory reporting. This is a temporary contract position.
Requirements
Proven experience in the banking sector, ideally within Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal functions.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Data Scientist, Analyst roles)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as STEM, Economics, or Banking \& Finance.
Strong proficiency in database programming (e.g., SQL).
Skilled in Python and other programming languages used for data analysis.
Background in project management or business analysis is highly desirable.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
