Job Description
Tasks for External Service Provider:
Development of back-end website applications.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
Implement core business logic.
Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
Design and develop APIs.
Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
Taking the lead on projects, as needed.
Maintenance of code integrity and organization.
Writing clean, functional code on the back-end.
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
Meet both technical and consumer needs.
Write technical documentation.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency with back-end languages and frameworks such as Java, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle and MongoDB.
Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
Good redaction skills.
Ability to give technical presentations.
Specific Expertise
Expert knowledge of Java/JEE (minimum 10 years).
Expert knowledge of Cloud-based DevOps (minimum 3 years).
Advanced knowledge of Weblogic Application Server (minimum 1 year).
Additional assets include experience with: 10+, eREST services, Jira, Confluence, Kafka, Swagger, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, Elasticsearch, Junit. Experience with development using Compass Corporate is appreciated.
A specific expertise is mandatory for all levels above 0. The competence level will be tested during the interview. Software expertise should not be rated automatically based on the duration of experience but rather assessed by the candidate based on the following levels:

Only experience in the IT domain of the profile can be taken into account in the scorecard.
