Your Role
The (Junior) Project Manager – Global Fragrance and Ingredients Management supports the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects within the department, ensuring smooth collaboration between supply chain, perfumers, product management, regulatory, and external stakeholders. The role contributes to business continuity, regulatory compliance, and portfolio management by overseeing shortages, REACh-related activities, fragrance raw material projects, and palette management tasks.
Business Endangered: Coordinate shortages, organize BE meetings, evaluate impact, and document outcomes.
REACH: Support coordination between REACh team, sales, perfumers, and product managers; contribute to strategy, registration decisions, and impact assessments.
Inhouse Fragrance Raw Materials: Manage inhouse raw materials, perform price reviews, liaise with production/affiliates, support sustainability requests, and make-or-buy assessments.
Palette Management: Coordinate with sales, perfumers, and regulatory; manage RA PACE projects, handle MSDS/halal/kosher requests, calculate cost savings, support QC checks, and manage backward integration materials.
About You
Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field or equivalent economic trainings.
Strong technical and business understanding.
Fluent in English (written \& spoken); German is a nice-to-have.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Team player with excellent communication abilities.
High level of stress resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities.
