Responsibilities:
Liaise with architects, developers, infrastructure engineers, vendors and other key stakeholders to solve complex problems to ensure seamless operation of AWS cloud.
Operational activities supporting infrastructure related for our products/ business domains.
Incident management in non-prod and prod environments.
Provide support to other Cuscal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Work with Scrum Masters to plan and deliver cloud operational tasks in JIRA and Confluence.
Work closely with cloud platform and domains to ensure standard IT practices are being followed.
Ensure the cloud Platforms are maintained and up to date throughout their ‘lifecycle’ from creation to retirement.
Contribute to prioritisation of a backlog of continuous improvement items.
Daily Task:
Creating and deploying infrastructure for payment features in all environments. (AWS services listed above)
Liaise with clients to establish connectivity – Private links inbound and outbound endpoints or S2S VPN.
Assisting in review/testing of API over Internet architecture in DEV/UAT environments.
Bamboo pipeline deployments and troubleshooting.
Certificate renewals.
Application error troubleshooting: Cloudwatch logs, Cloudwatch monitoring
Access related issues: Github user related access, AWS user related access, Terraform related access.
Creating operational documentation for any new services deployed.
