Job Descriptions
Participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of software systems in the finance–banking sector.
Analyze, design, and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and IBM BPM platforms.
Build and optimize Microservices and Restful API services.
Support both Frontend and Backend API development when required.
Coordinate with BA, QA, and other related teams to ensure project progress and product quality.
Research and apply new technologies to enhance system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics \& Informatics, Electronics \& Telecommunications, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Java/Spring Boot.
Experience developing applications on IBM BPM (or Camunda is a plus).
Hands-on experience with Microservices and Restful APIs.
Proficient with databases: Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git/GitLab, Docker containers.
Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the finance–banking industry.
Experience with systems such as Loan Origination System, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Credit Scoring.
Ability to handle large datasets and optimize system performance.
Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
Ability to read and communicate in English.
