€85,000 - €120,000 + Bonus and Equity 0.6 - 1% (100-150k)
The Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive software engineer to join our Y Combinator-backed start-up full-time and in person. Our client has developed a cutting edge, AI Sales assistant that improves your sales outreach and pipeline at scale. We are now seeking their 3rd, Senior Founding, Full Stack Engineer with experience in React.js, Typescript and Python backend.
Responsibilities:
Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product
Collaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize, design and implement new features
Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance
Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks
Required qualifications:
Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer
Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side development (preferably Remix)
Proficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products
Must have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie)
Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner
Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
Bonus Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Python
Experience with hosting applications on Azure
