Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead – DevOps Practice with 6–8 years of experience in implementing and scaling DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, driving automation, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable delivery pipelines across enterprise applications.

Additional Requirement :

Certifications: CKA/CKAD, Terraform Associate, or Azure DevOps Expert.

Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.

Familiarity with FinOps and cost governance frameworks.

Technology (Primary) : Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform

Technology (Secondary) : AWS

Role Name : DevOps – Lead

Role Description :

The Lead – DevOps Practice is accountable for leading DevOps strategy, managing engineering teams, and delivering secure, scalable CI/CD and infrastructure automation. Leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure DevOps, the role emphasizes applying AI-driven insights and automation to optimize system performance and accelerate continuous improvement.

Role Responsibility :

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.

Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation using Terraform.

Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms (AKS/EKS/GKE).

Establish and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and security practices.

Set up monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks for production systems.

Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to deliver seamless releases.

Ensure cost optimization, scalability, and reliability of cloud environments.

Role Requirement :

6–8 years in DevOps with team leadership experience.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and orchestration.

Hands-on with Terraform for IaC and environment automation.

Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards, artifacts).

Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Experience with observability, incident management, and DevSecOps.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
