Job Description:

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Experience with UI frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap and Material-UI is required. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is crucial. Knowledge of UX principles and interaction design is important for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are necessary to address design and functionality issues. This role involves leveraging these skills to develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Web Fundamentals: Expert in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

API Interaction: Experience working with APIs (e.g., using Fetch, AJAX, or jQuery).

User Experience (UX):

Designs and develops responsive websites that perform exceptionally across all devices and browsers (cross-browser compatibility).

Prioritizes website speed and performance to meet Core Web Vitals (e.g., optimizing images, minifying code, lazy loading).

Ensures websites are highly accessible (WCAG standards) to improve user experience and SEO.

Design Tools: Proficient in Figma.

Problem Solving: Excellent at identifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues.

Collaboration \& Communication:

Clearly explains technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Communicates project status effectively, anticipates potential conflicts, and works to resolve them.

Able to work both independently and as a strong contributor in a team environment.

Project Management: Manages multiple projects efficiently and meets deadlines.

Skills:

Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with UI frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI)

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Knowledge of UX principles and interaction design

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
