About the Role
Seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a temporary assignment supporting our Scale Devices team. This role is ideal for experienced marketing professionals with a background in consumer technology who thrive in fast-paced environments. As a contingent worker, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches for RL Labs group - Oakley, Ray Ban, EL.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute GTM launches for new and existing products within the Devices portfolio.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product adoption and engagement.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign development.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for assigned launches.
Typical Day-to-Day in the role
20% of time is dedicated to recurring meetings mostly tied to the main go to market project, wheels on the train running.
Helping to manage and scheduled stand ups
Working with cross functional partners and DS
Minimum Requirements
Proven prior experience planning and executing GTM launches.
Background in Product Marketing and/or Marketing Strategy within Consumer Tech industries.
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must-Have Skills
Operational hygiene, being extremely proactive - scheduling, managing meetings. - past experience in consumer tech
GTM strategy and product marketing experience, end to end
Managing cross functionals - rally, have alacrity and drive actions
Nice-to-have Skills
Chief of staff or broader strategy roles
Familiar AI tools
Worked in both in physical and tech consumer goods
