About the Role

Software Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to execute codepath analysis and migration on a large volume of assets within the Hack codebase.

The role requires strong debugging skills, ability to understand complex technical infrastructure, and quickly analyze stack traces and large code systems.

Work involves supporting ads privacy-related migrations, analyzing data flows, and updating logic to align with new frameworks, with opportunities to build new tooling.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various systems and platforms.

Analyze and interpret complex codebases to ascertain key technical architecture.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of ongoing projects and deliverables.

Document findings meticulously and contribute to process optimization initiatives as required.

Exhibit rapid adaptability to emerging technologies and evolving project specifications.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced debugging \& troubleshooting across multiple systems/platforms

Strong experience analyzing complex codebases (Hack, C++, Python)

Strong communication \& collaboration skills

Ability to quickly understand technical infrastructure and stack traces

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with codepath migration in large-scale codebases

Process optimization experience

Adaptability to new technologies and evolving requirements

Hack experience

Interview Process: 2 rounds total

1st round: Technical

2nd round: Behavioral
